As Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth Commercial Real Estate, Nicole DeLuca has guided the firm since its founding in 2006. Drawing on over 35 years of industry experience and a proven history of directing major real estate initiatives, she provides strategic leadership, operational discipline, and deep market expertise that drive the organization’s success.

Ms. DeLuca oversees the firm’s comprehensive portfolio of services, industry-leading capabilities for full-service asset management including brokerage, leasing, property management, accounting, acquisitions, dispositions, construction management, and project management. Under her direction, the company has built a reputation for professional excellence, fiduciary responsibility, and consistent delivery of high-value outcomes for clients across multiple asset classes.

Throughout her career, Ms. DeLuca has been recognized for her principled approach, guided by a core value of integrity and a commitment to advancing both client objectives and regional economic priorities. Adam Hansen serves as Chief Operating Officer of Commonwealth Commercial Real Estate, bringing 20 years of experience and a strong record of operational leadership. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the company’s operations that influence its strategic trajectory, ensuring that resources, processes, and teams are aligned with organizational goals and positioned to drive long-term growth.

Through a hands-on approach, Mr. Hansen provides oversight of the portfolio’s comprehensive asset management, property management, engineering, construction, and facilities operations. He is recognized for his ability to maximize value by leveraging a deep understanding of operational efficiency through expert cost optimization and value engineering. In addition, Mr. Hansen works closely with corporate, business, and community leaders, ensuring that portfolio initiatives align with organizational objectives, support regional redevelopment, and generate meaningful community impact. His leadership reflects a commitment to both sustainable asset performance and long-term strategic growth, positioning the company to deliver measurable value to clients, partners, and the communities it serves.

Among his most recent accomplishments, Mr. Hansen served as the exclusive representative and construction manager for the $17 million Compassion Corner project in Pittsburgh’s Central Business District, successfully transforming an environmentally impacted and outdated building originally constructed in 1956 into a community hub serving the City’s urban core. This project underscores his ability to oversee complex, high-value initiatives while maintaining operational excellence, budgetary discipline, and schedule integrity.

JR Yocco serves as Director of Brokerage and Leasing at Commonwealth Commercial Real Estate, bringing 30+ years of experience and nationally recognized expertise across multiple real estate sectors, including office, retail, healthcare, and industrial properties. He has represented a broad spectrum of global and high-profile clients, including Skechers, McDonald’s, Burger King, North Park Lounge, Jimmy John’s, Healthcare Realty, UPMC, and Highmark.

Mr. Yocco is widely recognized as a top producer by corporate clients and by peers for his honesty, transparency, and deep understanding of the real estate life cycle. His expertise spans acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and strategic advisory, enabling him to deliver client-centered solutions in the local and national markets.

Among his most recent accomplishments, JR served as the landlord representative for the prestigious former Alcoa Building on Pittsburgh’s North Shore, resulting in nearly 100,000 square feet of office tenant placements in under a year. These transactions were not only recognized by the coveted Power Broker of the Quarter award in 2024 and 2025, but further highlight his ability to navigate complex deals, align client objectives, and drive high-impact results across multiple property types.
